Exclusive Titan Radial Side Wings Prevent Part Damage, Jamming

Designed for use in a variety of hostile belt environment applications, Titan's Exclusive Radial Side Wings eliminate part jamming which can damage finished parts and lead to premature belt failure. Especially effective on smaller, problem type fines and parts, Titan's Radial Side Wings reduce the opening between a belt's sidewings and apron to a maximum of 0.017". This tight tolerance is maintained throughout the belt's travel in the frame. Designed for use with 2.5" pitched hinged steel belt, Titan's Radial Side Wings are built for use in a number of machining operations including threaders, punch presses, slotters, machining centers, lathes, milling machines, saws and lasers.
